If your knee still doesn’t feel normal after surgery…

• Still can’t fully straighten your knee when you walk
• Were told “just walk again,” but have no idea how to start
• Your knee feels stiff every morning
• Swelling never fully goes away
• You walk with a limp even though the bone has healed
• You feel unstable or nervous putting weight on your leg
• You avoid stairs because your knee doesn’t trust you yet
• Your recovery feels stuck and isn’t progressing anymore

You Don’t Have to Walk This Journey Alone

From Surgery to Confident Walking — With a Structured Week-by-Week Plan

I know exactly what you’re going through—because I’ve been there myself. After suffering one of the worst tibial plateau fractures my doctors had ever seen, I refused to accept a slow, painful recovery. With my background in Sports Medicine and Human Performance, I built my own at-home rehab system—and went from bedridden to salsa dancing in just five weeks.

Now, I’m sharing that same recovery plan with you. This program helps you rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence after a tibial plateau fracture, tibia/fibula break, or any ORIF (Open Reduction Internal Fixation) surgery involving the knee or lower leg. No clinic visits or expensive equipment—just the exact methods I used to recover quickly and safely.

When I fractured my tibial plateau, I never once stepped into a physical therapy clinic. I wasn’t even prescribed PT. Instead, I designed my own rehab program and recovered fully—without leaving my bedroom. Every exercise, stretch, and recovery strategy in this program can be done safely from home. While I’m not saying you should skip PT, I want you to know that a full recovery from home is absolutely possible.

And you won’t be doing it alone. Every Monday (19:00–20:00 CET), you can join our LIVE weekly coaching calls to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and get expert guidance tailored to your stage of recovery.

Let’s get you back on your feet—faster, stronger, and more confident than ever.

A Glimpse Into My Recovery Journey

This is my actual tibial plateau fracture next to a photo of me dancing just six weeks and two days after surgery.

Yes — with my surgeon’s full approval.

That kind of recovery doesn’t happen by accident. It happened because I understood exactly what needed to be done at each phase — protecting the fracture early, restoring extension quickly, controlling swelling, rebuilding strength, and progressively loading the leg the right way.

I respected the healing process. I didn’t rush biology. But I also didn’t accept unnecessary limitations.

This program is built from that exact experience — so you know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to move forward safely.

Inside the program:

• Early Stage (Weeks 0–6): Protect healing & reduce stiffness
• Mid Stage (Weeks 6–12): Restore mobility & walking mechanics
• Advanced Stage: Strength, balance, and return to sport

Take the First Step Toward Walking Again

Your Instructor - David Grant

I know what you're going through—because I’ve been there.

In 2022, I suffered a severe tibial plateau fracture after a fall from an e-scooter. The sports hospital told me it was one of the worst—if not the worst—they had ever seen. Like many others, I felt overwhelmed, uncertain, and afraid of what my future mobility would look like.

But I had an advantage. With a degree in Sports Medicine & Athletic Training, a Master’s in Human Performance and Injury Prevention, and over 15 years of experience working with elite athletes, I knew exactly how to structure my rehabilitation for the best possible recovery. I created a step-by-step system I could follow entirely from home—using minimal equipment and without relying on daily PT visits.

Thanks to this approach, I went from surgery to salsa dancing in just five weeks. Since then, I’ve helped people worldwide recover from tibial plateau fractures, tibia and fibula breaks, and ORIF (Open Reduction Internal Fixation) surgeries around the knee and lower leg—using the same evidence-based system.

This program is built on both personal experience and professional expertise, giving you a proven, structured recovery plan you can follow 100% from home. My goal is to provide the confidence, knowledge, and tools you need to take control of your recovery and get back to the activities you love—faster and stronger than ever.

From Stuck in Bed to Shredding Again Soon: Paige’s Comeback Story

Paige, a former professional snowboarder, faced one of the toughest recoveries imaginable after breaking her leg on the slopes. Following weeks of inactivity, poor rehab guidance, and severe scar tissue buildup, she had to undergo a manipulation under anesthesia just to regain motion. But that was only the beginning. Through relentless work, my program, and our ongoing one-to-one coaching, Paige has made incredible progress—reclaiming her movement, her confidence, and her strength on and off the mountain.

From a Broken Leg to Hiking in Italy in Under Three Months

After breaking her leg on May 12th, Margarita refused to let the injury define her. Within two weeks she was swimming, by the end of May she was back dancing, and just weeks later she was sitting in half lotus, hiking, and eventually returning to full lotus by the end of July—an incredible recovery powered by focus, movement, and the right guidance.

From Frustration to Fast Results: Nawid’s Knee Recovery Story

After struggling to make progress with traditional physical therapy, Nawid joined the Tibial Plateau Fracture Program and finally started seeing real results. His recovery was so remarkable that even the head of his former physical therapy clinic was stunned by his progress — all thanks to the simple but powerful stretch he shares in the video below.

From Major Ski Trauma to Confident Movement: Bobbi’s Recovery Journey

Bobby joined my program looking for clarity and direction after her injury, and one of the biggest shifts was helping her truly understand what she needed to focus on and how to approach her recovery with confidence. During our time together, she felt motivated and supported enough to move forward with her second surgery to have her metal removed — a major step in her rehab journey.

Through structured guidance and progressive training, she gained the tools and understanding needed to rebuild strength and trust in her body. Now, she’s looking ahead to getting back to running and returning to regular activity with a clear plan and renewed confidence.

From Tibial Plateau Fracture to Full Clearance: Daniel’s Return to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Daniel joined the program following a tibial plateau fracture and meniscal tear sustained during Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Interestingly, his tibial plateau healed exceptionally well — the real challenge became respecting the meniscus repair, which required six weeks of non-weight-bearing and avoiding rotational stress for nearly three months.

Through structured progression and clear guidance, we focused on protecting the healing tissue while steadily rebuilding strength, control, and confidence. Now fully cleared, Daniel has returned to full activity, and we are actively integrating Brazilian jiu-jitsu training back into his rehab plan — bridging the gap between recovery and performance.

From Failed Physical Therapy to Structured Recovery - Frizella's Story

Frizella came into the program after a severe bike accident that left her with multiple plates and screws in her leg. When we first connected, she was still largely wheelchair-bound and extremely fearful of movement.

Her previous physical therapy experience in California had been discouraging — once the once-a-week home visits ended, she was left without clear guidance, structure, or answers. She didn’t lack effort. She lacked a roadmap. Inside the program, we focused on restoring confidence first — then mobility, strength, and progressive load.

Step by step. Phase by phase. The progress she made wasn’t just physical. It was psychological. And the results didn’t just come quickly — they’ve continued.

Only 3 Days — and She’s Already Moving Better!

When Tara started the free 7-day Tibial Plateau Fracture Program, she wasn’t sure what to expect. Three days later, she’s already seeing visible results — doing movements she couldn’t before. Sometimes, the right approach doesn’t take months to feel. It just takes the right first step.

Nawid Can Do It - So Can You!

You can see by the smile on Nawid's face that he is as pumped as I am with his results! He is in the program's second week (7 weeks post op) and this was our first 1-1 coaching call!

Justin Got Heel to Butt in 6 Weeks

This is the moment every tibial plateau client dreams of: heel to the butt. Not months later — but already at this stage of recovery. With consistency, the right movement progressions, and daily effort, your knee can achieve far more than you think. This is proof.

Mary is back to what she loves

Mary joined my program for three months following a non-surgical ACL sprain and a tibial plateau fracture sustained while dismounting from her horse. During that time, we focused on rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence through progressive, targeted rehabilitation tailored to her goals.

It was incredible to see her return to using the stepper — initially as part of her ACL rehab — and regain the ability to get back on top with confidence. Today, she’s back doing what she loves, moving stronger and with far more trust in her body.

Six Minutes. More Change Than Three Months

Michaela was told by multiple doctors and physical therapists that she would have to “learn to live” with her new valgus knee position — what I call a kickstand leg, where the lower leg kicks out instead of stacking straight.

That never made sense to me.

If you look at the circled timestamps, you’ll see that in literally six minutes, with one targeted stretch, we created more visible change than she experienced over three months of traditional care.

Getting Kurt Back to Doing What Kurt Does

Kurt's story was a little wild because he waited over 6 weeks to get the date for his surgery! That meant he had not been walking for over three months by the time the doctor cleared him to start partially weight bearing.
