For as long as I can remember, I struggled with lower back pain. Not just the occasional stiffness, but deep, persistent discomfort that limited my movement and, at times, caused excruciating hip pain. The culprit? A combination of scoliosis, chronic tightness, and a severe lack of flexibility.
Some people are naturally hypermobile—flexibility comes easy to them. I am the exact opposite. My body has always been resistant to mobility, and that lack of movement control was the driving force behind my pain. No matter how strong I got, the problem remained. I needed to learn how to move better, not just harder.
Like many others, I spent years feeling frustrated, trying different approaches, and wondering if I was destined to deal with back pain forever. I saw people get prescribed surgeries, injections, and strict activity limitations—yet no one was addressing how they moved. That’s when I took matters into my own hands.
With a degree in Sports Medicine & Athletic Training, a Master’s in Human Performance and Injury Prevention, and over 15 years of experience working with elite athletes, I made it my mission to unlock the root causes of chronic back pain—starting with my own. Through years of research, trial and error, and hands-on experience with clients, I developed a system that doesn’t just relieve pain—it teaches your body how to stay pain-free for life.
